Bixby Modes Sync Issue

Sent the following feedback report to Samsung with the logs. Hopeful! 

#Galaxy Watch Ultra

Stored Bixby Modes on the Galaxy Watch Ultra should function independently of the phone's Bluetooth connection. Specifically, starting an exercise using the orange button should automatically switch the current mode on the watch to “Exercise.” Once the watch reconnects to the phone, the modes should sync, updating the phone accordingly.

This limitation has persisted even prior to One UI 8 for Galaxy Watch Ultra. Hoping this long-standing issue can finally be addressed.

This post needs more attention. Dispite sending to Samsung directly, they claim they did not get the logs? Not my issue. I wait for the confirmation and on my end the logs sent.

This is a known problem that needs to be addressed.

Update!

Solid dialogue with the Samsung Support crew.

Hoping they will add the requested feature of exercise mode working independently on the watch. Now I know it is not a technical issue, rather a feature limitation.

Really appreciate Samsung Support providing the level of detail that they did. 😊

We do see that your 1st error report regarding to Bixby Modes was missing the system log (Perhaps the Samsung Members app was closed while sending data, disconnection, etc.).
