Bluetooth Audio Muted

When playing music through my Bluetooth headphones on my GW6C Classic, the volume is noticably loider then playing the same music on the same Bluetooth headphones on Ultra 23.

Is there a setting that I am missing that is causing the volume on the phone to be much lower?

Try checking the settings in Developer Options and see if Disable absolute volume helps anything.

Thanks for your response.
I have toggled the switch in dev options on or off and no difference.
The volume is lower with the phone and the Bluetooth ear buds. I can max it out no problem but even then not so loud. Same buds with the watch 6C and very loud.
