Thank you for sharing this experience. We understand the inconvenience of having to manually reconnect to your Otto Cast wireless Android system after starting your vehicle.
We recommend submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app immediately after the issue occurs. This will help our team review the Bluetooth connection logs and better understand the behavior, especially in cases where multiple Bluetooth devices are in use (e.g., hearing aids, car, Otto Cast).
