When I use zoom up close it gets washed out, is this a bug?

Could you provide examples of what you are talking about? Are you trying to take a macro photo or video close to an object?

When first update everything was smooth and perfect but this second update for me borught lots of bugs including camera zooming and overheating and pretty slow things that didnt happen at first
