When taking videos with the camera, I have multiple issues. This only stated during beta 6 and beta 7 of UI 8. When recording video and zooming in at the level I wanted, the phone would change which lens was being used, and would erratically keep swapping back and forth between both lenses, each time it did this the picture would become terrible, fuzzy, and out of focus. At times, the video on the screen would freeze for a few seconds, and either unfreeze, or crash the camera app altogether. This only started with beta 6 and continues on beta 7.
Has anyone else experienced this too?
Edit: I corrected the beta versions, I wrote beta 7 and 8, I meant beta 6 and 7.
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:
1. Open Samsung Members.> Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 2. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 3. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
