Camera not working

My camera is not working. Front and rear. The settings, grid, etc. show up. The flash works, however the screen stays black. I can take a pic, but it's just black.

I've done all of the above as well, still nothing.

I found the issue and fixed it. Go to Privacy under settings and allow Camera Access.
Wonder why phone rep wasn't able to tell such simple thing.
