S25 ultra user, I zoom in and the lens swaps at about 2.8 to 3 not sure exactly when it occurs but I don't see any distortion. Maybe try turning HDR settings off?

Is photo enhancer and scene detection on?

Its about that time the distortion occurs. The screen gets very grainy for about 2 seconds
