Can't downgrade

Withdrew from program yesterday morning almost 36 hours ago. When using Smart Switch on my PC I'm not given the option to downgrade.

Why was that link sent? The OP clearly said that when connected to SmartSwitch, the downgrade button is not shown. I myself am experiencing the same problem.

The video is useless.

Correct - as of yesterday it still wouldn't show me the downgrade option. I'm away for a couple of days and will try again later today.
