Why?
Why is Samsung trying so hard to be like Apple.

Whatever Apple does is not good!
Who's idea was to make a quick panel with everything on the top and cannot be dragged down?!

It is so frustrating to control thing with one hand with this quick panel.

Just change it back.

It's called OneUI not TwoUI 😁. But seriously, that's supposed to be part of the design philosophy of OneUI. To be 1 hand friendly.

Regardless of if you use 2 hands or not. It still doesn't change the apparently obvious truth that the new quick panel is a hot, steaming pile of stupid and that every person responsible for allowing it to become a thing. Are no doubt stuck on dumb.

Looking at the majority of answers here... Only 2 currently have an issue with the new panel.
Change can be difficult sometimes...

What are your taking about?
There is whole subreddit just for the UI 6 quick panel!

This quick panel is not one hand friendly

If you want to use one hand, don't buy such a big phone. Reddit is not this forum, it doesn't count. If they want to complain about it, they should do so in official channels so the majority can have Samsung make changes. Otherwise, they are complaining for nothing because it won't change.

Do you know why they named it OneUI ? To make a 1 hand friendly UI for how tall phones have become. This design goes against their entire design philosophy. That's why we've had these giant empty headers in most UI. To push down interactable elements to the bottom half of the screen.
