MAJOR Touch responsiveness bug

As I said earlier I do absolutely love what they did with the touch responsiveness and animations 

I had just encountered a bug where I couldn't AT ALL touch anything on my screen except the quick panel and those buttons
I hope this doesn't occur often as I needed to restart my phone to get rid of it

Hope it gets fixed in the stable release/next beta

It has happened occasionally throughout the beta program. A restart fixes it, and it usually doesn't repeat after one restart.

I still can't swipe up to enter password after restart but swiping left to right works. No issues once screen is unlocked.
