After the update, I found that if my phone is off and I try to charge it, it says there is something in my charger port, but it doesn't do it if my phone is on. Please fix this!

I don't experience this on my S25 Ultra after installing the fifth beta and I tried recreating the environment that would create the issue you're experiencing but no such luck. I would recommend submitting feedback.

Generally it's caused by humidity in the air mixing with the lint and debris in your charging port. Get some 99% Isopropyl Alcohol, and some plastic dental picks and clean it out. 9 times out of 10 that fixes the issue.

Hello,

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback.

To help us investigate further, please submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support in helping us improve the Beta experience.

Best regards,
One UI Beta Team
