Chrome/Brave won't open in Secure Folder

I reported this with Beta 8. I was hoping it would be fixed. 

Gmail forced close and had me uninstall webview for some reason but it didn't solve anything.

I have the same issue. I don't know if this is a samsung problem or a google problem.
