Closed control panel concept

Hi Samsung developers please implement this design of the closed control panel. The current one looks old and out of place. With this design the open and closing animation will be more seamless like how it was in OneUI 5.

It's bad enough having massive wifi and Bluetooth buttons in extended settings, I really don't want that in the notifications
