Clunky Notification Swipe Down

I have noticed at some points wether I am watching a YouTube videon playing a game, or doing something the requires a bit of processing power, swiping down for notifications is significantly laggy or clunky, atleast for the first swipe down. Doing a second after the first it comes down smoothly. Anyone notice this?

I have had the same issues. I've also experienced swiping down on for notifications and it comes down and immediately goes back up again. It will continue to go up and down when I try to swipe, only for it to be corrected after turning the screen off and back on again.
