Color palette not applying to new icons

The first thing I've noticed on the new beta 2 is that when changing wallpaper and selecting a color palette it is not applying to the icons now. The color change did apply to other system UI elements, just not the icons.

Seems to be broken for Samsung icons. It is applying the color to my Google icons and 3rd party icons though

Edit: bug report submitted. I'm hopeful this means Samsung needs to update their icons and we are getting the stock Google icon theming
