We understand how frustrating connectivity issues can be. While your Galaxy device plays a role in overall signal performance, many connection-related problems are often tied to external factors such as carrier infrastructure, signal strength in your area, or temporary tower congestion.
That said, we still recommend checking for any pending software updates on your device and resetting your network settings (Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings) as a troubleshooting step.
If the issue persists, we suggest reaching out to your carrier (T-Mobile) to check for local outages or configuration issues tied to your account or SIM.
