Custom fonts? Unable to install.

Is it just me or did the fonts change? I don't like them. I'm not having any luck installing custom fonts. 

Is anyone else having this issue???

I can apply custom fonts if I buy them from the store. Would really like to be able to load and apply our own fonts instead of paying for them.
