Interesting discovery: when in Default Apps, while doing something else, I noticed that Google Assistant was set as my default voice assistant. That's a problem, since I set Bixby as my default. Nevermind, just set it back (maybe it changed with the Beta download).
Checked again yesterday morning: back to Google Assistant. Figuring I'd solve this problem, I disabled the Google app and, voila, Google Assistant is no longer an option for voice assistant. Set Bixby and moved on.
Checked this morning: no longer set on Bixby, but on "None". Set it back to Bixby. Thirty minutes later, it's back to "None".
I've sent two error reports. I haven't noticed anything else behave in this manner. As usual...your experience may be completely different.
