Device Control Smarthings permission

Whenever I press on a device in Device Control Smarthings, in the notification panel there is a very very quick permission pop-up stating,

Control devices from lock screen? 

You can control some devices without unlocking your phone or tablet.

Your device app determines which devices can be controlled in this way.

It goes in and out very quickly so it is quite difficult to interact with it, but when you click yes(I spam clicked it), it doesn't show up anymore.
