Dialer immediately hangs up when answering calls and calling that person back

When I receive a new call I answer it and it immediately hangs up and when I try to call that person back it won't let call go through

I use Google dialer and no problem

Sounds like a cell service issue. I have not seen this issue reported or confirmed by anyone else so far.

Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting?

Yes I have done all that twice. I switch to Google dialer and no problems

It's a issue with the cell service. I have had that happen before testing one UI 6. Reboot the phone and then it will work.

Didn't fix it I had to switch to Google dialer
