This was the reply I got under my post pushing for the implementation of the LHDC codec in Samsung Phones.

How does a Bluetooth codec, something that sits in the background and has zero downsides, not align with their so-called "design concept"???

For context, LHDC is a Bluetooth codec that provides high quality audio on headphones that support it, which is already in the android base code yet Samsung still does not enable it.

Give it a break. If Samsung was using AI generated responses, how can they make fixes or listen to our voice for potential change in the design? Sure, they could be using the same responses to "copy and paste" the response or misunderstood users' point but that proves the point that human is reading our posts 😂
Also, I'd be genuinely surprised if they were trying to generate/reply unique posts for tens of thousands of community posts (for the same type of issues like battery, animation, notification bar...etc)! Just sayin' 😊
