I thought I was a little crazy, but it is true. I've tested double tap this morning repeatedly. I noticed that when the phone registers the first tap, it wakes up the AOD display (if you don't have it auto on fyi) When you tap the screen again on the AOD display, the second tap doesn't register and the phone stops registering taps on the entire screen. I have to force the phone to show the lock screen with the power button. This doesn't happen all the time, but it does occur sometimes.
