Just make a factory reset and thats all, i do through the recovery. Firts add the plan Esim and later follow the steps, and when u finish gonna get signal and data, DONT FORGET MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE THE RESET

Swipe down with two fingers to reveal the Notification Shade.
Tap the Power icon in the top right corner.
Tap the Power off button.
Press and the Volume Up and Power button for up to five seconds.
When the Samsung logo appears on the display, release the buttons.
Use the Volume buttons to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset.
Click the Power button to select the option.
Scroll down using the Volume Up and Down buttons.
Select Factory data reset and tap the Power button.
Once complete, select Reboot system now using the Power button

Before factory resetting I also had tried network resetting and also going into the hard reset menu and clearing cache and app repair and didn't fix the issue till factory resetting.

I spent quite a bit of time with T Mobile tech support. They reset the esim at their end. I reset network settings and still does not connect to the network. Only wifi calling. Everything looks good at their end. This is definitely a software problem. Shouldn't have to go to a reset to get this working. Come on Samsung. Get together with T Mobile and fix this.

Yeah i know that is for the beta software, i just give this solution for if somebody wanna get working the esim before of the final software be release
