No you don't have to unregister it will come to you just like the regular updates

My unlocked s21 received android 12 today..but the s21 ultra unlocked with beta did not..

I agree. I have an unlocked S21 ultra direct from Samsung that still hasn't received the final update. If there is something I must do on my end I wished they would let us know.

Got my final update Nov 23.  the stretchy scroll has returned! now just waiting for 120hz fix.

Yes we will get it when it's ready but it would still be nice to keep us informed on what's going on
