Finger print scanner not working

Been trying to get in my account but it won't scan my finger.

Update: it's still happening every so often

Do a restart. The fingerprint sensor will start working again.

Yeah this happened to me. I had to restart. Wish I would have logged a ticket before I restarted though 😞
