Flash Notifications turn on

This Flash Notifications feature turns on continuously by its self at least once or twice a week!! I turn it off and couple days later back again!

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
