I started a walk yesterday, and did not realize my GPS was off. Normally, when starting an activity via the orange action button, that requires GPS, if it is toggled off in quick settings, then a notification would pop up promptly to turn on GPS. That did not happen.
I only realized it was not on when I saw my distance walked as zero after a period of time.
No I haven't had the same issue but try going to the smasung health then exercise there should be a little settings button click it scroll down to auto detect workouts and change to use location and use precise location. Although I dont know if that would solve it
