I am unable to connect to my watch 3 using galaxy wearable. Please advise if any fix.

No issue issue.

It's known, during a beta, that some apps will crash for some folks. but not for others.

Might try this

(phone) Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable

Force Stop, lower right

Storage, Clear Cache

Shut down the watch (turn off)

Start Wearable app on phone

Turn on watch

Wait for sync
