Galaxy Watch 6 restarts infinitely

I have installed the software in the night and I fell asleep while installing. Later there is a power outage and I couldn't turn on the watch as it drained. Had to wait couple hours before power is restored and I have charged it to 100% and since then I couldn't use my watch.

I can turn it on,  it turns on and whatever I use in the watch or even if I do not use anything,  my watch restarts automatically for every 2 min and battery is drained in less than 5hrs due to continuous restarts.

Hello @JayaShankar_P

Thank you for your participation in Beta program.

To resolve this issue, you have to manually Factory Reset your device through below steps.

[Steps]

1. Hold down both buttons on watch until you see the watch resets and then shows the Samsung logo with "Rebooting...".
2. Click the Home & Back buttons twice (or more) repeatedly while screen is on "Samsung-Rebooting...".
3. From the text menus, click the Home button (will scroll down) until you see "Recovery menu".
4. Long press on the Home button until the menu changes to Recovery screen.
5. Use the back button to scroll down to Factory reset. (Do not click Home Botton, as it will be "Select" option instead of scrolling down from step3)
6. Click the Home button to select Factory reset.
7. Use the back button to select yes > Click the Home button to activate it.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.

Regards,

Samsung would probably rather you use there offical software restore tool. SAMSUNG Frija. I think its on the app store on windows. But comsiderimg it doesnt support ota flashing from bootloader/fastboot mode, and i highly advise against trying to pop the back off amd hoping samsung left a few hidden emergency download data pins inside, which since this is not a qualcmm device, would likely be in vain too. Samsung would not, nor do i advise you try and find the firmware to flash it. There usually is a way to restore, if the previous posters advice failed, I'm sure Samsung can provide you more spesific instructions or have you send it to them. But one thing I will say, is if you can see a samsung logo or whatnot it can be repaired. Just do your research of it comes to diy or send it to samsung.
