Galaxy watch 4 won't connect to my phone any help?

Turned Bluetooth on and off, and messed the wearable app around a little bit. Somehow, it got connected again.

Update all Samsung apps from galaxy store. If you are unable to connect after the update ,please send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue
