I saw that some apps wouldn't use the stretch animation, so I guess it was not consistent

Samsung Members is a good example. Didn't work here at all

Some apps didn't use it. Apps like settings would get stuck on the stretch animation if you continuously swiped instead of completing the scrolling. If you were scrubbing through a video in the gallery and then tried to swipe to the next photo or video, the bounce effect would appear on the scrubber instead of scrolling

Also in Samsung pay the bottom icons menu area had inconsistent layers so like the scroll effect made the black background of the menu dissaoear

I'm more interested in maybe getting an unlock and lock animation, maybe one Samsung crafted for oneui. And maybe sort out this wobbly issue with the adaptive refresh rate. But I am happy it's coming back for sure though too.
