I use both, Bixby and Google, but mainly Google. I noticed that when you activate the assistant, a white overlay pops up over the assitant overlay, which I don't think it's supposed to happen.

looks like old leftover Google Assistant graphics... you could try downloading the actual Google assistant app and see if that did anything, like knock out the old graphics.. I'm just spitballing but something free to try

I am also seeing that when I use the gesture, but not with the side key or out of the app drawer
