Joined beta and was accepted to the Watch Ultra One UI 8 Beta. Except it wasn't a Watch Ultra One UI Beta, it was a T-Mobile customer reward. Not Verizon, like what I have, or unlocked. Exclusively on T-Mobile. Thanks for nothing, Samsung.

I'm right there with you. Been here since last week and no real help from Samsung. Also bought my watch Ultra from Samsung. I've been buying my watches from them since the gear series back in the day.

I hate that samsung don't this **bleep**. We the people who buy unlocked straight from them should have the highest priority not a carrier. I always buy my stuff straight from samsung and this feels like a slap in the face. Its completely unacceptable.

Samsung doesn't care who you bought it from. Buying it straight from Samsung does not entitle you to any special benefits outside of having it unlocked.

It's a shame Samsung requires T-Mobile instead of any data plan bc it's not like the features in the beta are gonna be carrier exclusives (I hope). Besides, isn't a T-Mobile watch line like 15 a month anyway? Might as well use them for a data plan 🤷
