Considering this forum wasn't posted in the Galaxy S22 section, you're gonna have to wait until the stable release of OneUI 5.0, depending if your device is supported or not.

The Galaxy A13 5G is eligible for OneUI 5.0, but that'll be its last OS update before it's set for quarterly security patches. I'd recommend upgrading to a recent midrange or flagship device if you want to receive more OS updates. Midrangers usually get updates later

The One Ui5 beta is currently for T-Mobile subscribers or unlocked devices for the S22 series. At the moment I believe all spots have been taken. The s21 series might have a beta coming up which will be announced on the members app
