First, all Beta centric posts need to be posted in the Beta community.
Second, it will resolve itself. It happened to me too during the 4th beta.

I'm not running the oneui9 beta, s25, and still had this same issue. I had to hit "learn more" to find out I wasn't actually apart of the "system services" beta.
I believe the banner itself is a bug.
