I've noticed an issue with registering for the beta

I've been having issues with my main Samsung account and I noticed it could not register for the beta, even after contacting Samsung directly and through the members app, I was told that there was a fix for it via the members app, and I'm now curious if anyone else has had this issue and had it resolved instead of having to use a secondary account. I like to participate in the betas but if I have to use a separate account and be disconnected from all of my other devices, I question what the benefit of joining the beta and trying to help is. This is the first year I've had an issue anything like this.
