Is my data lost forever

A lot of my data from Samsung Health is not being transmitted to my phone, from my Watch4 Classic. Is this data being stored in the watch, or is it lost forever?

Hello @ElWormo ,

Your data will be stored on the watch unless your perform a reset of the watch.  Are you having an issue sycing from watch to your health account/ phone ?
