I've been seeing this "extract text" pop-up. Mine pops up in the editing menu. Hold the text entry field until menu pops up (copy,paste, extract text, share, more)

It also had a secret "feature" of saving your clipboard history even if you use a 3rd party launcher. Then doesn't allow the 3rd party launcher to clear the Samsung clipboard history so it's always there unless you know this and clear it separately.
