Using Samsung Health during an activity it is difficult to swipe right to get to the controls such as pause, end etc. I have to pause after touching the face then swipe right. Even with this it is unpredictable if I will see the menu.
I seem to be having the same problem. Did you make an error report yet? I thought it was because I use a screen protector, but it never used to do this.
