Location Not Operating/Updating One UI 8 Beta

The issue at hand: Phone location isn't updating or showing whatsoever. No matter the time of day, or app, if location is involved it will spin endlessly and not load.

This problem started recently after downloading the One UI 8 Beta program from samsung members, and I have yet to find a solution. Some of the trouble shooting steps I have taken that are not the basics include:

1.) Network/Sharing resetting

2.) Dev Tools accelerometer and other metrics testing

3.) Samsung Members locations Diagnostics

4.) Maitenance Mode

5.) Safe Mode

6.) Reset all phone settings

7.) Testing location websites

With loads of other basic location testing and troubleshooting steps in settings. The only temporary fix has been in maintenance mode and restarting the device, to which the restarting only allows it to run for a few seconds before the One UI 8 Beta notice comes up and seemingly bricks the location.

The issue doesnt seem to be with my GPS, as several websites have shown my accurate location. The issue seems to be with the phones ability to communicate my gps location to apps that use it such as G maps, Garmin connect, Transit and more. 

No accidents have happened with my phone, and since it works in maintenance mode I have no idea what could cause this. The only other alternative is of course factory resetting the phone which is a pain for many reasons. I would love to get this resolved.

Same issue any fixes and my data won't work either will my Pandora app

I have resolved the second part of the issue (no contact with third party location uses). I have confirmed this with Garmin connect watch tracking (didnt work and cycled endlessly when trying to connect prior) and Transit App (kept showing the wrong location). Both of these now work 20 minutes after ive seemingly fixed the problem, leaving me to believe this solution is the way to go. That being said GOOGLE maps is still screwing me over, but now its ONLY google maps.

What I did:
1.) Settings--> Apps---> Google Play services
2.) Click the three dots menu on google play services and hit uninstall updates. (This doesnt wipe any medsage data or anything of the sort, but you will have to re login)
3.) Restart your phone
[3.5) check to see if it worked. Since ive been struggling with this for hours, I checked immediately praying it worked and it did happen to work for those third party apps]
4.) Open google maps, you should be greeted with this compas accuracy screen. Which you then calibrate it outside.
5.) Go back to google play services and hit appear ontop and enable "appear ontop."


This worked for my third party apps, which as a long distance runner was necessary for tracking.
