LockStar bricked my phone?

Turning on LockStar seemed to have messed my phone up, my phone started blinking on and off from the lockscreen. I can now only seem to use my phone in safe mode

Wiped cache and repaired apps and it's fine now

I have used LockStar throughout the beta with no problems.

Yeah I just decided to use it earlier and my phone went mad, it's fine now
