Overall, I'm very happy with the design choices Samsung has made especially with LockStar, widgets color pallet and clock choices. Very good!

LockStar setup...
Tap any open space and you will see a pop up of the elements available to add and not already in use. One of them is the shortcuts to apps of your choice. You can add up to six; however, there is a bug and only five will show on the lockscreen. I only choose 5 which is way better than stock with the two apps only.
You can also remove elements you don't want too. Very customizable!
Customize AOD as well with widgets.
