I knew there would be skinning, but this completely obliterates Google's attempt at a more unified OS. I can see why the beta came out sooner this year. All they needed to do was make sure One UI 3 didn't crash on Android 12...
Could more Material You or stock Android be exposed as a part of future One UI updates? Feels like they change screens just for the sake of changing them.
It's too soon to tell. Android 12 hasn't even officially released, and what you see of One UI 4.0 is only a small portion of what's to come. A few pages in the settings menu have actually adapted the Material You skin, so just wait a little while.
What is the design direction of One UI 4? Also, don't you think it's a bit patronizing to use Android 12 in parenthesis, understanding that without it, Samsung wouldn't have One UI 4?
