Media Sound

My sound while playing videos is extremely choppy. Only plays like 1 second of the sound every 3-4 seconds. Also when I try to adjust the volume with the volume keys they volume level display jumps around even when I don't press the button.

Mine isn't extremely choppy but it is a bit and definitely out of sync

I have the same issue even when the volume is on 0 and I play something that has audio the phone still makes noise
