I woke up this morning, went to open the members app, its stuck on the M and ive tried uninstall reinstall , reboot, turn off and on, clear data and cache. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

Update: im able to use Samsung members normally if i turn wifi off. But with wifi on, i can not.
On wifi, the app just stays on the M. On carrier data the app works fine.

Maybe, but it works fine on mobile data.... i tried to make a bug report but my watch manager turned on wifi automatically and interrupted the bug report. I will try again.

Can you disconnect from your watch for a minute or 2 from Bluetooth and see if that works?

Oddly, members is working now, wifi and mobile data. After sending the good report, its like it never happened, lol. Hopefully logs will show the culprit, ill have to sift through myself cause im a curious one.1736347775428.jpg

Maybe you can go into your setting after this and turn off wifi control with your watch and such after so this doesn't happen again1736348032236.jpg
