Since the start of the beta my chat messages and text messages have been having difficulty sending sometimes I have to turn off my wi-fi and data then turn it back on in order for the messages to be sent.

I am not sure what messaging app you are using, I am using Google messages and occasionally my messages will not send etc, if I Clear the cache from the application it helps, but it could also be carrier related, make sure you update Google carrier services and Google play services from the Google play store

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
