Someone a few hours ago said this same thing and provided screenshots, so you're not alone.
The way they fixed with were as follows: turn off your phone, hold power button and volume up, when you see the Samsung logo let go of the power button but keep holding the volume up, then go down to clear the cache, confirm it, and maybe you can also select repair apps, they did that, then reboot. That should fix it.
