UPDATE: I am now having a issue with my phone no being able to use mobile data or voice, outside of a wifi connection after days of installing the beta

If you reset mobile network it does fix this issue I think it broke when OS asked to switch to global network.

I had this same issue on VZW. I was in a very weak signal area and it asked about switching to Global mode. Finally in the settings I found a reset network settings that resolved it. Super frustrating when it happened and Verizon was no help. Can't exactly call Samsung either
