DiscussionsHello,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing.
To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.
1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards,
One UI Beta Team

DiscussionsGo into your "Mobile Data" settings and disable the "5G Standalone" setting. That setting should NOT be enabled by default. However, it is enabled by default in OneUI 9 Beta 1. Essentially, that option forces your phone to only utilize a true 5G connection. So, if your carrier in your area primarily utilizes an upgraded 4G LTE tower (as is the case in most areas of the US; connection shows up as 5G instead of 5G+ or 5G Next, or 5G Ext, etc), then your mobile data will not work unless you disable the "5G Standalone" option.
