Settings, scroll down to Google services, select the "All services" tab, then scroll down to "system services" and select that

I got it but had to uninstall updates and restart the phone in order to complete the update

Did you notice anything changed, I didn't uninstall but mine updated and don't see any difference

No. I haven't noticed anything different. It's core updates

I didn't notice anything different. The reason I uninstalled updates is because when I tap update I get check for play system update screen which ends with your system is upto date and clearing play services cashe doesn't help and my play services and store are upto date as well

Yes, I had a Play System yesterday and a bigger 77mb one today. Also today was Play Services.
